Thee Fashion Ki wants our clients to be fully satisfied and happy with their purchases as well as having an amazing experience. We not only care about our clients but we also take pride in our brand. We do understand that online shopping can be difficult however, every piece is customized for each client with their individual measurements. We do not accept refunds OR exchanges. However, we do accept FREE ALTERATIONS. As always, Thee Fashion Ki, strives for our clients to be satisfied with their experience.   • Client is responsible for shipping cost for any Free Alterations. We are responsible for shipping costs when we ship the piece back out to client. As each piece is custom to the clients individual measurements, please give yourself enough time to get the piece altered if needed. To set up a free alteration, please email us at shopkikaterina@gmail.com with your name, order number & where you need the alteration done. There is no limitation for the amount of alterations one may need.
